Fletcher Jones Imports is looking to hire a hard-working, result driven Client Care Representative.

 

 Job Description    

The Client Care Representative focuses on making outbound calls to current Mercedes-Benz owners which produce scheduled appointments for the sales team. The CRR acts as the communications link between the customer and the dealership and contributes greatly to the productivity of the Business Development Center. The CRR must possess outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, friendly and enthusiastic disposition, the ability to speak articulately, self-motivation, positive and energetic attitude, and good work ethics.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Master all training materials provided by UDC, including scripts and Power Tracks.
  • Master all training materials provided by Auto Alert, including scripts.
    Follow the Auto Alert appointment processes as set in place by the dealership.
  • Perform lease retention tasks as assigned.
  • Achieve Auto Alert certification and take monthly courses offered.
  • Acquire a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models at the dealership.
  • Ensure that the phones are not left unattended at scheduled work time.
  • Follow the script and guidelines on each and every call- inbound and outbound.
  • Keep current with inventory status.
  • Keep current with advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain a professional code of conduct at all times.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly goal which correspond to the objectives of the dealership.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two to three years related call center experience 
  • Computer knowledge
  • Be able to pass background and drug screening
