Mercedes-Benz of Honolulu part of the Fletcher Jones fine family of dealerships is looking for hard working, energetic, and guest service oriented Lot Tech Attendant.  


The Lot Tech Attendant is responsible for moving and parking vehicles in an organized manner to maximize parking space, cleaning vehicles interior and exterior and maintaining them in presentable and selling condition.


  • drive company vehicles in a safe and timely manner from one location to another
  • clean interior and exterior of vehicles in saleable and presentable condition
  • prep vehicles ready for Product & Service Concierge staff to present to guest at time of delivery
  • greet each guest in a prompt, courteous manner 100% of the time and determine the nature of their visit and graciously provide the service
  • keep lot neat and orderly by moving cars in a timely manner, parking cars in the proper area within allotted space and keeping area clean in accordance with dealership display standards
  • run errands to pick up and/or deliver items as requested
  • direct guests to the correct department or parking area
  • lock up all service vehicles and customer vehicles and keep keys in the designated locked box and in an organized manner
  • assist with tasks such as installing license plate frame and checking tire pressure
  • assist with taking of loaner inventory and customer vehicle check
  • perform duties in other areas of Operations when understaffed such as cleaning and washing cars

Job Requirements


Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or
  • one to three months related experience and/or training
  • valid state driver's license
  • meet driving record standards
  • meet physical demands of the position



  • Demonstrate ability to drive company vehicle in a safe manner
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operating a personal computer and its applications

Language Skills:

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand appointment log and/or pick up/drop off schedule

Reasoning Ability:

  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative to get tasks completed or meeting guest satisfaction
