Job Description

Audi Fremont is seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team. As a part-time Audi Technologist, Saturdays & Sundays, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required -- we'll provide the training!



Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the Audi Products. Promote the unique technical points of Audi products and the associated client benefits.

Offer exceptional customer service through informative discussion and presentation.


 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technologist for Audi Fremont

Keeping abreast of the latest product information to be able to inform colleagues and clients as required.

Providing customers with specification information about all Audi products.

Ensuring all dealership staff are up to date on the latest product information and that their knowledge is of a high standard.

Offering insight into Audi products to clients as part of the sales conversations with .

Pro-actively approaching clients in the showroom and discussing product information and facts.

Guiding clients to the Client Advisor when interest in product purchase is expressed.

    • Acts as an ambassador for Audi and is passionate about the products and perceived image.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have/be: 


   Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.

   Passion for Audi products and technology.

   Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

   Ability to work autonomously.

   Excellent communication skills.

  Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up to date with          complex/technical/product information.

  Thorough knowledge of computer applications.
