Job Purpose


Greets, welcomes and directs sales customers.

Notifies Sales and/other appropriate company personnel of customers’ arrival.

Provides administrative support for the Sales Department.



 Skills - Experience


Knowledgeable or trainable on retail facility operations, and Audi products and services.




Ability to learn and apply information without excessive expenditure of resources or time.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance.

Excellent customer contact skills and customer service orientation.




High school or equivalent.


Job Requirements

Primary Responsibilities


Stock in Used Vehicle purchases

Help facilitate documents needed for payoffs and paperwork for vehicle purchases

Enroll Certified Pre-owned Vehicles

Follow through with service on aged documents not received

Identify inventory vehicles that need emission checks

Merchandising of vehicles with Buyers Guides and OEM stickers

Assist in grounding lease returns with customers

Maintain supply and support systems as requested, including literature, display materials, pricing references, and other materials.

Maintain safe, neat, and clean work areas, ensuring that the physical environment is pleasing to the customers and employees.

Build and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Audi products, services, and processes through on-the-job-training.

Perform administrative functions accurately and on time.

Additional Responsibilities
