Job Description


The Service Advisor at a Fletcher Jones dealership is responsible for upholding the brand name by providing the ultimate luxury experience to our guests. At Audi Beverly Hills our advisors have very high expectations at work at the highest level in the industry. This position will handle a variety of tasks that will include all the functions of a service advisor role at a base level as well we several other roles within the service department. Ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively will be the key to success in this role.


  • All functions of a standard Automotive Service Advisor
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least comparable to that of the manufacturer, region, and nation
  • Promote the sale of labor, parts and accessories based on guest needs, and manufacturer recommendations
  • Greet/Acknowledge each customer in a prompt, courteous manner 100% of the time
  • Advise customers on the care of their cars and prioritize needs when necessary to determine their best course of action
  • Communicate effectively with techs, advisors, warranty administration, parts department, cashiers, valet, greeters, vendors, shuttle drivers and management (everyone)
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of personal information of our customers in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission Safeguards Rule, implementing the provisions of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act as they pertain to automobile dealerships
  • Responsible for providing alternate transportation to our guests
  • Listening skills a MUST
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and work well under pressure
  • Strong phone skills with multiple operating platforms to ensure we communicate properly with our guests, including follow up after service
  • Adhere strictly to all company rules, policies and procedures
  • Maintain company standards for sales, customer satisfaction, accuracy of paperwork, etc
  • Assisting Management and other team members with daily tasks as set forth by the Management Team

Skills - Experience

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Technically knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on AUDI product line

Basic mechanical skills


Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Manual dexterity


High school or equivalent
